Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. As Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, including scheduling, training, and overseeing their work. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Implement and enforce cleaning procedures and standards
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning duties are completed on time
• Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and procedures
